SHIPPING COSTS / COURIER SERVICE

For our national shipments and international packages up to 2 kg. our exclusive shipping partner is Correos España, so that our customers can count on the most powerful, reliable and experienced distribution network in Spain. To this we add the benefit of its huge network of offices distributed throughout the Spanish geography so that shipments can be received at any of these offices, the corresponding one by zip code or one of the customer's choice. It is also possible to choose directly the option of office pick up in order to forget about worries about being at home or not.

We contract shipments from Monday to Friday of everything that is purchased and paid before 12:00 noon, leaving the shipment in a maximum of 24-48 working hours, except for unforeseen circumstances, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders are shipped with tracking number and almost always by Standard Package (with tracking number, arrival to provincial capitals normally in 24-48 hours on working days and a maximum transit time of 72 hours on working days, 2 delivery attempts, notice by email and sms, and if it can not be delivered with permanence in the post office corresponding to the address indicated for 15 days for collection by the recipient).

PAYMENT METHODS and LOCAL COLLECTION

We accept payment by credit card (online POS with encrypted communication, security certificate in force), bank transfer, Bizum, Paypal (choosing Paypal entails a 3% surcharge) or cash payment at the time of collection in Mislata.

If PayPal is chosen as the method of payment, under no circumstances will deliveries be made outside the European Union, nor will changes of address be permitted. Deliveries will never be made to addresses other than the one indicated by Paypal.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipments have tracking number and therefore have buyer protection so that in case of any loss or problem in the shipment we will be responsible for it.

Below are some tables for guidance. The final prices depend on the volumetric weight:

SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
Shipping of orders of less than 100 euros - 6,00 euros (with tracking)
Shipping order of 100 euros or more - free of charge (with tracking and tracing)

SPAIN (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

EUROPEAN UNION (European Union)
01-500 grams - 9,95 euros (with tracking number)
501-1000 grams - 16,50 euros (with tracking number)
1001-5000 grams - 25,00 euros (with tracking number)
5000+ grams - 50,00 euros (with tracking number)

OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION (Outside European Union)
We do not ship outside the European Union except to Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States. If the shipping cost is higher than what the courier company asks for (usually Correos, DPD or UPS to these destinations) we will refund the difference.


In any case we combine shipments. The maximum shipping cost within Spain including Balearic Islands is 6,00 euros.
